Yesterdays Boys

Eddy was Lily's brother - he was killed on the road behind my house 2 years ago. I still miss him terribly he was a very special cat. He went blind shortly after his sister, but he remained the cuddliest cat I have ever known he would jump on the back of the sofa and just let himself fall onto me!

Rygel was L'Ola's brother - he too was killed on the road behind my house. He was only just 6 months old when he died, I was just getting to know him and often wonder what sort of cat he would have grown into. A lovely one I am sure!

Great Beginnings

Eric was the master of the silent miaow.

Smaug had a brain the size of a planet!

Eric and Smaug died within a couple of months of each other, from Feline Leukaemia, aged 11.

Todays Girls

Lily was born in a greenhouse, to a feral cat. She was very nervous when we got her and we despaired of her ever trusting us, but with a lot of patience she turned into a gorgeous cat. She went blind before she was a year old, but hasn't let that stop her!

Lily keeps an eye on some of her dogs:

L'Ola was abandoned in a cardboard box, one very cold frosty night, outside a local pub, when she was about 8 weeks old, along with 3 siblings. She enjoys playing Cato to Lily's Clouseau, ambushing her when she least expects it!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend. I'm not really sure what we are doing this weekend. DH and I might go to listen to this free music thing outside providing it doesn't rain. The only day this week, I'm not wishing for rain. lol It rained last weekend. I think they are going to stop the music every Friday after September I believe. Have a great weekend!

Good Morning Lily I hope u are having a lovely day. I started out with a bad headache which seems to be doing better. I think it was just sinuses, I guess that's a good thing. It's 69 and sunny here, I wish we could get some rain. Not doing much today but some housework. That's about it. So.. how are you doing??? I hope u have a great week and upcoming weekend.
